PRIME STITCH operates exclusively within the Canadian market. To offer the best value to our customers, we provide fully subsidized delivery across the country.

2. Processing & Fulfillment Timelines
We understand you want your items quickly, so we focus on rapid order turnaround.

All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and Ontario statutory holidays).

A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately upon order placement, followed by a tracking notification once the carrier scans the parcel.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your package leaves our facility, estimated standard delivery times across Canada are as follows:

Ontario (ON) & Quebec (QC): 2 to 4 business days.

Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB) & Atlantic Canada: 4 to 7 business days.

Note: While carriers aim to hit these dates consistently, unexpected delays may occur during peak holiday seasons, postal volume spikes, or severe weather conditions.
4. Tracking Your Order
Every parcel shipped by PRIME STITCH includes end-to-end tracking. Your shipping confirmation email will contain a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours from receipt of the email for the carrier's system to update the tracking details.
5. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments
PRIME STITCH retains full accountability for your package until it is safely delivered to your address. If your order is damaged in transit or fails to arrive, we will handle the issue promptly.
